The F960-0802 RF probe can test DC-6GHz, and its V.W.S.R. is 1.5@DC-6GHz. The replaceable probe head can effectively contact the signal inner hole of SMP Female connector, and sufficient probe spring force ensures the effective contact and keep lower insertion loss. F960-0802-AM-35CM RF probe solution features a stable contact with SMA interface.
