Semiconductor Probe Order Rule

Normally Semiconductor Probe are customized probes,

JYPROBE provides our  standard probes for cutsomer to order.

For example J2057 Probe.

Part Number:  J2057-15-01     

J2057 (0.20mm barrel diameter, 5.7mm length) -15( represents 15g)- 01( this is named by JY, not an actual 

meaning, only for short code) 

we will illustrate our DUT contact plunger as right picture. bottom plunger we could check by our catalogue.

Also JY accept custom for special heads.  

ICT/ FCT Probe and Receptacle Order Rule

• ​Probe:  J100-14-150-20

J     Series, it represents probe code

100 Pitch=100mil=0.100inch. 

14   Head Tip Short Code 14 is serrated head tip, you could see it on page Tips Collection
150 Diameter value, for head we normally use three-digit numbers to represent probe head tip size. 

       (eg. if a plunger head diamter is 1.50mm, tip size code is 150)
20   Spring Force, 20 represents 2N, 200Grams for this probe when it was compressed untill working travel.

RF Test Probe Order Rule

Probe: F860-0702
F860( RF Probe Series)-07( Inner Pin Head Type) 02( Ground Type)

07    Inner Pin Head Tip Style ( check the tip code on tips collection)
02   Ground Shape( 01= sarrated circular shield,  02= flat circular shield.)
