High Current Test Probes/Ultra High Current upto 500AMPS

High Current Test Probe, as called to a test probe testing high current, is frequently applicated in high power device, chargers, big current carrying and fuctional test.

Compared to the normal test probe, the high current test probe is considered to pass over a relative higher current with keeping a bearable temperature in case of the probe spring being burned or contact point broken.

In order to make a consistent performance on carrying high current, we consider to make a special design on the plunger, the spring and the tube to make sure the current goes over from the plunger to the tube. 

A good and stable contact in the working period of the high current test probe,  reducing the resistance of the probe and the heat of the current brought. As we know, the spring is made of stainless steel or music wire, will cause a high resistance due to its steel character(The steel is a low conductivity metal) .

 We complete the plating treatment on the probes to increase the current passing-over ability.

Screwing high current test probes are designed with screws, It makes the spring contact probes tightly screwed into the receptacle to keep current stable.

Integrated high current test probes are precisiely contact probes with no sockets in the fixture.
